Community Rules

Short, concrete rules to keep Nymia a safe and authentic place. They apply to everyone, across the whole platform.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Nymia is Voice-First

Nymia is a Voice-First community: voice, Racconti, Audio Lives and authentic conversations are the heart of the experience. These rules protect the people who live here and apply to everyone, across the whole platform.

2. Nymia is 18+

Nymia is only available to people aged 18 or older. Age is declared at sign-up through your date of birth and must be truthful.

Being a platform for adults does not mean being an adult-content platform: sexually explicit content is prohibited on Nymia.

3. No adult content

Nymia is not intended for pornographic or sexually explicit content. The following are not allowed:

  • pornography;
  • sexually explicit nudity;
  • explicit sexual acts;
  • content created primarily for sexual arousal;
  • offering or requesting sexual services;
  • explicit fetish content.

4. Zero tolerance on minors

We do not tolerate any content or behaviour involving minors in sexual or inappropriate contexts:

  • sexual exploitation of minors;
  • grooming and solicitation;
  • sexualisation of minors;
  • requesting or exchanging sexual content involving minors.

Where required by law, we cooperate with the competent authorities.

5. Respect people

Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, abuse or seriously offensive behaviour towards other people are not allowed.

6. Follow the law

Illegal content and activities are not allowed on Nymia.

7. No spam, scams or fake identities

Spam, scams, fraudulent schemes and impersonation of other people or organisations are not allowed.

8. Report

If you see content or a user violating these rules, you can use the "Report" feature, available on content and profiles, to bring it to our attention.

We aim to review reports within 24 hours of receipt and take appropriate action where necessary.

9. Block

The "Block" feature stops contact with another person: someone you block can no longer contact you or see your content.

Blocking is not the same as reporting: they are two separate tools.

10. What Nymia can do

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, Nymia may:

  • take no action, if no violation is found;
  • remove content;
  • restrict or suspend accounts;
  • disable accounts.

The Terms and Conditions govern the details.
