Child Safety Standards

Nymia – People Only.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Nymia is a platform intended exclusively for adult users aged 18 or older. Nevertheless, we adopt strict standards to prevent, detect and handle any content or behaviour that may involve abuse, exploitation or the safety of minors.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Nymia absolutely prohibits any content, behaviour or activity that depicts, promotes, facilitates or encourages the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any content or account that violates these standards may be removed or suspended and, where required by law, may be reported to the competent authorities.

2. User reports

Users can report content, profiles or behaviour they consider inappropriate or dangerous using the reporting tools available within Nymia.

Reports are reviewed and may result in the removal of content, the restriction or suspension of the account and further action where necessary.

3. Involvement of the competent authorities

Nymia complies with the applicable laws on the safety and protection of minors.

When a case requires a report to the competent authorities under the applicable regulations, Nymia cooperates and provides the requested information within the limits set by law.

4. Platform protection

Nymia uses moderation tools, reporting systems and internal controls to reduce the risk of content or behaviour contrary to the platform's standards.

Reported accounts and content may be subject to review and to restriction, suspension or removal measures.

5. Access restricted to adults

Nymia is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older.

Access to the platform requires declaring the date of birth, and the application verifies eligibility for access based on age.
